What is your shipping policy? 
We use United States Postal Service for all domestic shipping. If you would prefer a faster delivery time you will be required to pay any additional shipping fees.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We use United States Postal Service First Class for international shipping.

When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Your jewelry will be packed and shipped in secure packaging; however, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, merchandise may be returned within 10 days, in original condition with a copy of your invoice. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Jewelry must be carefully packed and insured, we cannot be responsible for damaged and/or uninsured returns. Custom designs are final sale. No changes may be made to any custom order; once the order is submitted it is considered final sale.

Returns are for online purchases only. Any purchase bought at any event is for exchange only of same value or greater.
